Buck's Gym Workout

I decided that I wanted to start doing some other kinds of things at the gym. I have been feeling a bit like my body is not changing like it used to. So now I am doing 30 minutes of cardio in the morning and going to the gym at 2pm. I have been doing just one body part with 3-4 exercises and 10-15 reps and 3 sets..I feel good and really strong. Will take some pics soon to show off my body..You can be the judge!
